Join the Hamed Erfani Saxophone Concerto Consortium

I’m excited to announce a commission consortium for a new saxophone concerto, in partnership with one of our region’s most exciting composers, Hamed Erfani! We are looking to create a new work for saxophone and wind ensemble, for a spring 2027 world premiere; 12-minutes in length, 3 attacca movements. Hamed has done incredible work as the Oklahoma Chamber Symphony’s composer in residence, and I cannot wait to hear what his unique musical voice has in store for the saxophone!
