I am pleased to share that “Sanctuary,” my recently commissioned work for soprano saxophone and piano by Viet Cuong, will be performed on the Bowling Green New Music Festival on October 23, 2:30pm. The performance will take place at Bowling Green State University’s Kobacker Hall and represents the first major festival performance of this new work. I will perform the work alongside pianist and composer, Benjamin T. Nylander, as Duo Aurous. Many thanks to the MidAmerican Center for Contemporary Music, Kurt Doles, and Viet Cuong for making this performance possible!

Big news! I’m happy to share that I have accepted the position of Adjunct Instructor of Saxophone/Clarinet at Heidelberg University! I’m excited to jump in to this new position in January and look forward to working with the students and faculty of the Heidelberg University School of Music & Theatre.

My performance of Tie Zhou’s “Samsara,” from the 41st Bowling Green New Music Festival is now live! While I was disappointed to not be able to perform in the traditional live fashion with an audience, I am nonetheless glad that we could make this video production instead.
